Are you interested in being your own boss?
I've been in this industry for over 25 years now and I've seen carpet and upholstery businesses come and go, but I've been here through austerity, recessions and COVID 19, why? Well, it's easy really I work to fulfill my customers requirements, but not to cause harm to my business or my family.
Too many carpet and upholstery cleaning businesses fail as they see each customer as a meal ticket and not a budding relationship. I see each customer as a long term business client and not a 'get rich quick' enterprise. I also use the best equipment and chemicals to facilitate the best possible outcome for the client and myself.
It is with deep regret that I have decided to sell DaisyFresh due to failing health. The asking price is £45,000 which is based on turnover and equipment. You will receive the following;

A stainless steel headed upholstery tool.
A clear plastic headed upholstery tool.

A spot machine, small.

How much can you earn?
I will go through a few figures for you.
At present each job has an estimated value of £98. I currently do 400 cleans per year, this is a reduced amount due to my health.
This works out at £39,200 per annum.
How can you make back what you paid out?
IF you borrowed the money to buy my business, you'd do a business plan for 3-5 years with a bank. With carpet and upholstery cleaning it is a never ending cycle of customers, the boom in laminate flooring hasn't changed that at all.
Calculations.
If you were repaying a business loan over 5 years at a 7.5% interest rate, meaning you'd be paying £48,500 approx, which equates to £9,700 PA, if you worked 3 jobs per day at ave of £98 per job, then the equation is simple, 98x3x5 (days a wk) = £1470 per week x 52 weeks of the year, but if you take off 4 weeks due to bank holidays and leave for you, then it is 1470 x 48= £70,560 approx.
