As of Monday 8th of November 2021 we introduced a deposit payment scheme of 20% of the value of the clean that the customer has booked. We will send a text link to the customer of our card payment system, so that the customer can follow the link on a mobile phone and then pay the 20% deposit.


The deposit entitles the customer to hold the booking date only when the deposit payment is made.


If the 20% deposit is not made within 1 working day of the link being sent then the booking time slot is vacated.


The deposit WILL be deducted from the cost of the clean, for example the value of the clean being booked is £100, therefore the holding deposit is £20, leaving an outstanding amount of £80 payable upon completion of the clean.


This deposit is non refundable but our policy dictates that you are allowed one re-booking without loosing your deposit.
